Here’s Part 1 of the lesson on How to play Postmortem by Slayer. Very cool, laid back, groovy song with awesome riffs. The twist in this song is the 12/8 time signature which gives a triplet feel to the whole song.Then changes to 4/4 in the second part. All in all it’s a great song to play.

Raining Blood is probably the most known song by Slayer and rightfully so. The Intro is just brutal and powerful like no other. The crazy fast riff that blows you away and the EPIC bridge are all in one song. That song is the epitome of thrash metal. And it’s not an easy one at all….
