Zakk is known for his lighting fast pentatonic runs and he doesn’t miss a beat (no pun intended) in this one either. Great licks that you can take away from this solo!

This is a lesson on How to play Into The Void by Black Sabbath. Awesome song with that heavy intro, killer main riff and brutal breaks. The Solo at the end just adds “icing on the cake”. The song is in C# tuning! Tony was one of the first guitarists to use dropped tuning. A must learn song!

This is part 1 of the lesson on How to play The Ocean by Led Zeppelin, concentrating on the Intro Riff and the chords in the Verses. Be aware of the time signature in the Intro riff, it varies from 4/4 to 7/8 which is a cool little trick, but most importantly just get the feel of the rhythm/song and you’ll be fine.

Bluesy Intro hook, followed by a heavy syncopated riff, the chorus is heavy power chords and the bridge is arpeggiated chorus with a twist. Really cool typical rock song of the late 80’s, early 90’s.
